| Babydoll Yorkies.com Victum! Please Read! For many months my boyfriend & I search for the 'perfect puppy'. We finally thought we found a good 'breeder' & our new baby! I asked all the right question & She seemed to have all the right answers! Thanh (Theresa) Voqui (babydollyorkies.com) is this 'breeders' name. When we came to pick up our little guy we first noticed her house wasn't exactly puppy proof. Now that I'm educated on the laws she is in violation of many. We paid 2,000 for our 1.3 lbs male pup. We then fell in love Only a few days later our little became ill so we went back to the vet. He informed us that he was hypoglycemic. For the next two night I stayed up round the clock force feeding him ever two hours & checking his breathing. It was after his second attack I sent him back to the 'breeder' in hopes of him eating with his litter. Theresa assured me that this was 'nothing & very normal'. I then came in contact with a WONDERFUL breeder named kim (yorkiepassion) who told me all about YOKIETALK.com! After reading all the HORRIBLE thing about THERESA & the innocent people she has hurt I became VERY concerned! I then realized I too had left his person house without my AKC paper & only with a promise they would be mailed soon. The parents were NOT on site as I was told & WAY TOO MANY dogs! BABYDOLLYOKIES.com Is NOT a breeder but yet a broker/seller! When I called her asking about the pups parents AKC numbers & littler numbers she grew angry & clueless! I paid for a AKC HEALHTY dog! I have no clue where he came from or who the actually breeder is. She is known for editing the AKC papers in the past too! Theresa played the part of the breeder but then confessed she was ONLY the seller! She now claims her mother in-law is the actually breeder but will not give out any information! I'm now demanding a full refund & in high hopes of receiving it soon! I don't understand why someone hasn't sued her for fraud yet!?!?! We do have a lawyer involved & looking into ALL our the rights along with animal right! Please say a prayer for us & all of the puppies! We miss our baby & hope the best for him! God bless! |

I sincerely hope that the pup is being properly cared for. I hope your heart heals soon and you are able to find the puppy of your dreams. |

So did the puppy pass away or does the breeder have him back? I'm so sorry you had to go through this. I'm glad you have a lawyer involved, someone has to do something to stop this disgusting woman! | |

| I hope you are able to get your refund. since she isn't the actual breeder I don't imagine there is any recourse throughf AKC. It is unbelieveable how much fraud there is with puppy sales. It seems especially so with small breeds. |

| So sorry to hear about your puupy being ill, I hope you get him back healthy soon. Way to go on getting a lawyer!! if more people took charge like you maybe that would put her out of business. that would be a start in the many puppy mills in the world. We can only hope she will be stopped. Glad you were directed to this site, lots of knowlegable people here. Good luck.

| A similar thing happened to me before I found YT and realized how naive i was. I bought a pup here in Ca from a lady who said her 'aunt' was the breeder in OK. She said I couldn't contact the breeder because she was old and sick...I believed her. She advertised 'registered', but I didn't know it was CKC and not AKC...I didn't know the difference at the time. I, too, left with no papers and eventually got them from her after several e mails. I eventually found out the Chaffin (not good) was the breeder after much search and getting bits of info from the lady I bought from. I have to say, though, now that it is over...I wouldn't trade Bella for any other pup in the world!! She is the sweetest most loving thing ever. She has never been sick...thank God. And since I dont' plan to breed her (she gets fixed Jan 17) I don't really care. I would have liked to see the parents. It's almost like adopting a child...you don't get to imagine what they will look like when they grow up, and you don't have the health background to look for future ailments. Next time (yes I admit I am bitten with the Yorkie bug) I will look and search for a reputable caring breeder. I wish you luck...you will have allot of support here

| I'm sorry for your horrible experience and especially sorry that you took this puppy back. If all he had was hypoglycemia, it is a serious condition but one that is easily taken care of. I know of several breeders who have had their puppies go down while in their care. These women have their dogs in the house and watch them constantly. The woman I got Debbie from when she was 10 weeks old warned me about it and told me to just make sure she ate something every few hours. Debbie was 1 1/2 pounds when I got her, but she always ate and is still small at 5 years and 3 pounds. Many people keep Nutrical around for when they have sudden drops in blood sugar but Debbie's breeder just suggested some Karo syrup. The sugar rush gives them enough energy to actually eat something decent. Good luck with your refund. Unfortunately there are a lot of dishonest people out there. Don't feel bad about not seeing the parents though. If someone really wanted to they could show you any two yorkies and claim them to be the parents. How would you know the difference? |

| When I go Gracie, I never seen the mom or dad the breeder sayed she just moved so I believed her but when I took her to her vet the vet sayed she had scabies which then all the animal and all the humans in the house had to be treated, which was not so bad once it was gone I thank god thats all she had, but tell this day she has been great and would not trade her in for nothing..
