Donating YT 11K Club Member | Teddy has a stomach ache :( Yesterday when I went to work I left him in the living room and London in the bedroom because they play rough. He was fine before I left but I think he might have gotten into something. I think he ate something bad for him because all last night he kept throwing up and some this morning and had diarrhea like once. He seems better now but I hear his stomach making noises. I read somewhere that I can give him pepto bismal, should I do that? I put pedialyte in his water in case he dehydrates. Does anyone know what I can give him for his stomach? I hope he didn't get in the garbage, because I was eating Indian chicken yesterday, and my mom might have thrown some bones away but we put the garbage high up because of him... |

| aww I'm sorry your boy's not feeling well. Seems like he got into something he shouldn't... Maybe call the vet, he should tell you best what to give him?

| Poor thing. Try to figure out what he ate. I hope he didn't eat any chicken bone.... I know people said you can give pink stuff but my vet didn't like the idea. My Momiji gets diarrhea very often. (almost every other week... with throwing up...) I figure she must eat too much or didn't like her dog food because beside her diarrhea she is playful and happy with healthy appetite!!! (I took her to vet twice and both time vet said she is healthy and can't find any problem...) Momiji is only 4 months old so her stomach is sensitive, I guess. I would make sure Teddy is drinking enough water. If Teddy is acting weak, definitely take him to vet. I hope he will be fine soon. |

He's not acting weak so that's why I didn't want to take him to the vet, because I know they'll just say he's fine and I would pay for nothing. So I called to ask them what I can give them and they are supposed to call me back...

| Hope Teddy feels better soon, they can eat it so fast you never see it go in and down. I've read where Yt members gave their dog cottage cheese or yogart so they can poop out whatever is bugging their little stomachs.

Thank you for this. Thank you guys for hoping he feels better. He seems like his normal self, still running around, etc and he's still acting hungry. He hadn't thrown up all morning, but then 20 min ago he threw up some liquid, maybe because he drank water with pedialyte?? I am trying to get some pepto so I will give him that and hopefully he will feel better. London, the little one also threw up once some yellow liquid and had a little diarrhea this morning but she ate and I gave her nutrical and she is good right now, running and playing. I think she just needed something in her stomach. I don't know what is wrong with Teddy. I'm still waiting for the vet to call so I can make an appt for the both of them soon.

Donating YT 11K Club Member | k so the vet called back, they are super nice. I registered London with them but I am going to register Teddy too because I didn't really like the one I used to take him to, they were too expensive and not helpful. So they said to give him some white rice with white chicken meat and to watch him today and if he gets worse to take him in. We will see... |

Thanks for posting this my Rocky has been throwing up too sometimes it's his food and sometimes it's just like saliva or acidy saliva i am going to try the white rice with ground chicken and see how that works if nothing happens i am going to take him to the vet as well. How is your baby feeling now?

Teddy is sooo better now. After that day I posted I boiled chicken and white rice, nothing else added and he gobbled it up. I also put pedialyte in his water and gave him nutrical since he was throwing up so much but he didn't throw up again after that so there was no need for the vet. My mom confessed that she gave him olive oil when he was sick so she thinks that is what made him better. She said that in her country she had a little dog that everytime she got sick her grandmother gave her olive oil and she never took her to the vet and she lived 18 yrs. So IDK what's up with that...she knows I get mad when she gives him stuff before conforming with me but she did it behind my back and he is better. Just make sure Rocky doesn't dehydrate, I hope he gets better!
