| Is this a Girl or Boy name or can be Either? "Briley?" Me and my husband was talking today about getting another yorkie and I was saying that I want to name him Briley if its a girl or boy What do ya'll think is it more of a girl name or boy name or either.......we may not be getting our yorkie anytime soon but I was just wondering because I thought it would be cute to have a Briley and a Bailey ???

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | Hmmm...I personally think it sounds more like a boy name, but that's just my opinion

| I think it definately could be either. I have a yorkie named "Hootie" and most people assume that is a boy name, but she is actually a girl. I like unique names like the name Briley. |

| I also think it could be for either. It's like the name Riley too - goes both ways.

I Love My Lil' Punkin's Donating Member | Well, yes...I think Briley for a HUMAN could be either, boy or girl - and of course it COULD for a dog too, BUT - for some reason, if I heard someone calling their dog "Briley" I would automatically think "HE" - weird huh? lol

| I would probably think it was a boy's name as well after first hearing it, but I think it could go either way. I'm getting a new baby girl in April and I think I'm going to name her Maddox. It's a boy's name, but I thought it was cute and it goes with Maizee. And nicknames can always change the sound of the name. With Maddox, I could call her Maddy. So, it's something to think about |

| I think it could be either or. Jadens name is like that, a lot of people think he is a girl because of his name but I've heard lots of boys called Jaden as well so I say if you like it, go with it! Its very different and goes well with Bailey! |
