| Rocky's Mama and anyone else thinking of going on vacation. I live near Branson, Missouri. For those of you who don't know Branson is called the art capitol of Missouri. We have a lot of places for folk to visit and things to do. Now, if you wanted to take your babies with you but couldn't take them into the rides and other such places would you be willing to pay a puppy sitter in the town where you would be going? Say if I was in (I've never been to Disneyland) whatever town Disneyland is in and advertised that I would puppy sit would you be willing to pay for that kind of service? Sylvia |

| To be quite honest with you I would only leave my babies with someone that I know and trust. My dogs would also have to know that person and like that person b/c i would not want to leave them with somebody that they didn't know. I have a hard time taking my dogs to get groomed once a week and they're only gone for maybe 2 hours at the most. So no I wouldn't pay someone to babysit my dogs. I probably just wouldn't go on a vacation that wasn't going to be including my babies. |

| Sorry i might be weird, but i only trust my babies with my parents and my brother, even then its hard for me to leave them behind knowing they are in good hands so no i wouldnt pay anyone for sitting my babies, its a good idea though and im sure there are people that would be willing to get a babysitter, im over protective and like to know what they doing and who they are with at all times, when we go on holiday i take my babies with me, we will be going away next weekend and we are taking them both, if for any reason they cant come with us then we dont go.

| Not in this lifetime!! I won't even leave Toto with our Dr. Lucy and she is always telling us if we need to go somewhere without her, she will keep her at her home! I don't take her to a groomer that won't let me stay ... we only leave her alone for short periods if we have to go grocery shopping or to the doctor ... otherwise, if we can't take her, we don't go!

| I would never go on a vacation without mine. We don't leave ours with anyone except the groomers for about two hours.

| pet sitter Pet sitting is a BIG business. I did it for 20 years and had to turn people away. Fix your home for visitors, have a separate area, not wise to bring in someone's dog and expose your pets..disease, fighting and accidents can happen. Advertize the fact it is a private home and not a kennel..you would be a pet nanny and cater to pampering the person pet. Check local county regs..you may need a licence, I did. Good luck It loved it. |

| Im not sure, I would never leave my baby with someone overnite, I dont even like leaving him at home with my parents when I visit them. BUT the only time I leave Rocky with someone else is a friend who is a pet lover and I KNOW would treat rocky good. I really dont know what I would do... I might be willing to pay if I leave him for only a few hours while im going on rides and stuff, I really dont know... |

| Hi Lady of Yorkies, we live quit close by. I live up by Kansas City. We were going to Joplin a few weeks back for my daughter competition dance team. We didn't go because we just had got Lily and I didn't know what to do with her during the competition. I thought about asking any YT'ers if they could set with her for a few hours but didn't.

| I would have to say no. I wouldn't even leave Ramsey at pets mart yesterday for two hours so he could get a puppy bath. I stayed the whole time. |

| It is so hard to leave them ,when we have to go away for something my mom comes to the house and stays till we return. In the fall we wrestle alot ( have 4 boys in it and my husband and I coach) every weekend and during the week .I have some one, a day care mom or my mother come and let them out to go potty check on food and water etc, usually when we get home my mom is here waiting for us she says they were crying and didnt want me to leave, or come home and there is a note that she took them home with her. I would not be comfortable with taking them to someone elses house even for and hour. Like someone else said when we go on vac they come along or we do not go. ( unless I can get my mom to babysit them) |
