| Anyone use ... Hartz flea and tick? i saw this at petsmart and was wandering how it worked b.c Gracie is out of her regular! Anyone have any suggestions she usually uses advantage but its just so expensive ! thanks! What do you guys use?

| Dont use Hartz products alot of dogs have had reactions to using it and I have heard that dogs have died from using it.

Donating Member | I have to agree with Chachi - there's been alot of really bad things that have happened with Hartz flea and tick products - I'd never use them - they've killed alot of cats and some dogs too back 15 years ago - I had a cat and bathed him with hartz flea shampoo - I think I almost killed him - he foamed at the mouth for an hour and I had to rush him to the vet They told me even back then the product is toxic |

| I wont buy anything hartz because of it. I just dont think they should be selling a product that is so toxic

| I would just get your advantage. The last time I got mine on ebay for $18 for a 4 pack of it. I use to try to use those flea meds they sell at petco and petsmart for my cat and they were never very effective
