| layla has a cottony coat.. so there are always tangles in it.. my mom does the brushing (their night time ritual) but i'm pretty sure there is always a lot of hair in there.. especially if she has been outside playing all day.. seems to make her have more tangles. |

| That was what I was going to say. I usually have more hair in my brush when I'm done with myself, but there is always hair when I'm done doing the dogs.

Peeka Boo I See You! Donating Member | well i to am a little confused because i have heard it said never brush a dry coat so i always spray a little miracle coat on first but i also heard from the show breeders never brush a dirty coat so what is it? If you don't brush a dirty coat are we doing damage brushing everyday? Peeka's coat is growing but i noticed a lot of split ends and stuff so i'm confused because i bath him once a week and brush him every other day or so he never has tangles or mats so why the split ends? just curious.
