| Jaxon's BIG adventure Over the holiday break, my hubby took Jaxon to the local park where they often go on weekends for a walk. There is a great walking path and playground there. They were nearly done their walk and Jaxon spotted some Canadian geese near the pond in the middle of the park. They sat and watched the geese from the playground and then my hubby took Jaxon a little closer. As they're walking along....Jaxon somehow pulled forward out of his hoodie (leash attached to the D-ring on the back), ran towards the geese, through the mud and into the pond!!!!!! He started swimming out into the pond towards the geese. Needless to say, my hubby was having a fit and yelled for Jaxon to come back. He started swimming back and came out of the water like nothing had happened. Luckily the weather wasn't TOO cold and they headed back to the truck and came home. I still can't believe it and think I probably would have jumped into the pond after him if I had been there. Apparently Jaxon is quite the little swimmer.

Donating YT 3000 Club Member | Oh wow, that's quite an adventure!!! I can picture Jaxon coming out of the water looking all wet and muddy. I don't think my Bengi would get near the water, he hates it. I'm glad Jaxon is a good swimmer!!! |
