| We are going for Christmas also. All of my babies are staying with grandma though. I would like to visit some boutiques while I am there. Can't leave them for Christmas and not bring them anything back. The house we are renting does not allow pets. We looked and looked for one that did, but no luck.

| Hi, I live about halfway between Orlando and Daytona Beach. FYI, there is a dog beach in Daytona but we went there once and didn't think we'd go back. Alot of really big dogs frolicing in the water. Great fun for all, but a bit scary for a wee baby. Abbie wanted to stay in my lap. Couldn't even get her in the water. Anyway, what I wanted to say is that there is a book called The Florida Dog Lover's Companion. It has all the dog friendly spots, resturants, stores, beaches, etc. A great dog boutique in downtown Sanford and also Mount Dora. Almost any outside eatery is open to pets as of last year, thanks to Gov. Bush. The book might be a valuable investment for you. Good luck! |
