| Vicious!!! I got my yorkie, Nico, 2 nights ago and my cocker, Jaxon was furious. He's been growling and barking at Nico like crazy just dying to get a piece of him. My husband and I are worried that the two will never bond and Jaxon will never even give little Nico a chance!! I was at my wits end and told my husband I am going to turn to my friends at yt and see what I can do. Before I could, I heard a commotion in the laundry room! I got worried because I know Jaxon was in there and hoped that Nico hadn't gotten in there. I went in there and you'll never guess what I saw. My little Nico had Jaxon cornered by the dryer just a barking away and nipping at his ears. JAXON WAS WHIMPERING AND AFRAID! HE WAS TRYING TO RUN! LOL...I couldn't believe my eyes...I snapped a photo...sure wish I had caught it on video...but I guess Nico is trying to mark his place in Jaxon's heart. I know he sure has marked his place in mine...lol...just thought I'd share...

| Don't give up hope yet. I had Snoot (my pekingese) since I was 14 yrs. old and now I'm 25. He was the one and only little prince to me. Last December I got Trixie (my very first yorkie ) and Snoot wanted nothing to do with her. The only way he would tolerate her was when he was sleeping, LOL. He literally didn't want her within 10 feet of him. Gradually he began to like her and now thats his baby girl. They play so much and its like she brought his youth back. Then later I got Pia (my other yorkie) and he could have cared less. LOL However, Trixie didn't like her, heheheh! GO figure Again, after a little time Trixie now loves Pia. Now after many months all three might as well be glued together. They absolutely love each other so much. I have doggie beds everywhere but they always pick one and sleep together. I'm sure both your babies will get along eventually. Your pic is cute |

| No matter how small they are Yorkies do demand attention and want's to be the alpha dog! The picture perfectly captures the moment! Jaxon will come around but do take it slow since Nico is so small and can get easily hurt. Make sure Jaxon is always first and gets more attention than Nico. I know the little guy is adorable and you just want to hug him and love him but it's really important the Jaxon gets petted first, fed first, goes out the door first to help avoid any problems. Hope they learn to love each other real soon. Once they figure it out, they will be unseparable!

| Isnt it a little backwards??? But I was worried about Jaxon not liking Nico. I was worried that Nico would be scared. But it seems that Nico was just playing around with Jaxon and Jaxon didn't know how to take it, being he was the only pet for 5 years! Now Jaxon RUNS from Nico!!

| It took about a good month for the cats to realize Grayson was here to stay, the youngest cat Pepper, has a little playmate with the game of chase (so funny to watch who is chasing who) but Dusty has yet to be loving. She is still upset about it! Just give it time!

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | I have a cocker too and she's the SWEETEST Girl - I remember when we got each yorkie girl and her looking at me like "SAVE ME MOM... WHAT IS tHIS RODENT DOING IN THE HOUSE" ??? the girls quickly grabbed her heart and now they tag team her all the time -and she loves making monster noises & plays back like she's pissed - but has never once nipped or actually been pissed - she just likes them to think she's annoyed ... when she gets tired of their energy - she just hides behind me and I save the day lol ... 1st is Chanel pounding on Tessa's head 2nd is the girls kissing each other after playing on TOP of Tessa 3rd is the girls AFTER playing on top of her |

| What a cute shot! My Lucy had a hard time adjusting when I got Rebel, but now I catch them snuggled up in their bed together watching me as I clean!
