| Gracie was possessed today! Gracie is 21 weeks old. She had been 100% with potty pads for nearly 3 weeks. Today she really yanked my chain and hard! Now that I have scolded her, and yelled at the 4 cats, I can vent here. It all started this morning at 5:30 am. Gracie wakes me up crying. (I had taken her from my room and put her in her ex-pen around 1 am when she needed to potty and left her there). I go downstairs and what do I find? Pooh everywhere. Pooh all over the ex-pen floor (except on the pee pads of course), in her butt hair and mushed into her feet. So at 0530, she gets a foot and butt bath, the ex-pen gets disinfected and I have no time for a morning cup of coffee before I go to work. I left her in her ex-pen and went to work. I come home at noon, all is fine. I let her out of her ex-pen, go to fix her lunch and what does she do? She Poos in the middle of the living room and upstairs on the floor in my bedroom! Back in her ex-pen she went. I cleaned up and went back to work, came home about 4 hours later. What do I find? She somehow had gotten ahold of the plastic shower curtain lining her ex-pen, pulled the edges through the outside of the pen to the inside through the holes in the ex-pen walls, and in the process folded all of the ex-pen walls inward. Thank heavens it did not fall on her. She shredded parts of the shower curtain and had her pee pads all bunched up in a ball. I let her out while I clean and what does she do? She poohs on the dining room floor! So now I have had it. She has lost all house priviledges. She is only permitted out of her pen when tethered to me with her leash. We are starting back with potty training 101. What on earth possessed this darling child to do what she did? I have no clue. Thanks for listening.

| Awwww, poor baby. Mine is great at peeing on the pad but poops everywhere. We are working on it though. I figure he is still a baby and it will take time.

| I am so sorry. I hope you know I had a big grin the whole time! Yes, I know IT"S NOT FUNNY and I am sorry. This is what I was told when I was raising service dogs, is that they go stages of recycling, kinda like human babies. Everything is fine and then suddenly out of no where they start having accidents and you have to go back to the basics. You are correct in what you are doing, by keeping her attached to you. Just call attachment 101. That is what we do with Annie. Also just remember that with Yorkies, at any given time their brain leaves their little bodies only to reappear when you think all hope is lost!! LOL And we will alway be here to give you a hug because with Yorkies either we have just gone through it or we are going through it. LOL Gotta love em. BTW there is nothing worse than someone espcially from WA missing out the their morning coffee!!!! that is for the one that you missed

| All was forgiven when she curled up on my shoulder and nuzzled my neck, then begged for a tummy rub. Dang I feel guilty for being so mad! She has kissing up down pat, now if we could just work on the pooh!

| Just smile and be happy Believe me I really understand your situation. I am lucky to be home with my Yorkies so I can direct them when I see them searching for a place. However my female who has been trained for quite a while now is doing poo poo all over the place. I forgive her because she had her first litter 14 days ago and I think she still is confused over the whole process. I just smile and be happy. My motto Dont worry Every thing gonna be ok.... |

| Yup Yup. I completely understand. Cash hit the 5 months mark recently and all hell broke loose. he started peeing and pooping all over the place everywhere except his pee pad. it wasn't like he didn't know that he was supposed to pee in his pads. he has done it and was trained but these days he'll go in there sniff around get out and pee right next to his pee pee pad lined litter box. i'm starting to think it's teenage rebellion.
