| Yoga with a yorkie ...... I've been doing some yoga DVDs as a way to change up my workout routine. Today was the first time I did it in the morning and let me tell you.....it is NOT easy with a Yorkie!!!!! Jaxon initially started growling at the instructor on the DVD, then he's humping my arm as I'm doing the 'downward dog' pose, then he's biting my hair, jumping on my stomach and biting at my toes!!!!! He was having a great time but not sure that I got a very good workout. I couldn't stop laughing at him and finally had to give up. Might have to find a better way of keeping him occupied while I'm doing the DVD.

| The main reason I cant work out at home.. I even bought 2 machine and sold both because he would just run up under the peddles like I was playing with him. I tried putting him in the other room but couldnt not get into the workout with all the barking and crying... so funny tho how they really think its play time lol |

| I have to laugh when I think of you trying to relax doing yoga & he's humping your arm.

| Jaxons just getting his "yoga" in, too and doing what he finds relaxing!!! Seriously, I have the same issue. If I'm going to work out, I have to go down into my studio with the door closed, otherwise Sissy is jumping all over me or getting in the way of my equipment!!! Good thing I teach classes so much and don't really work out otherwise!!
