| Scammers Hi everyone! After reading another post I had to share my story. Before I got my two yorkie girls and was searching like crazy I came across a man named Larry Erickson selling his yorkie. He gave me the story about having to go to Africa for a religious group and was more concerned with finding the dog a good home. I forget how much money he was asking but he claimed it was for shipping. I think it was around $400 Anyways, I'm a very naive person and actually sent the money western union (what an idiot I was). The guy was good and replied to emails very fast and even called me. I also was able to chat on yahoo mess with him. After I sent the money I didn't hear from him and got nervous. I immediately called western union and cancelled the money order to him. I was lucky he didn't pick it up yet. Needless to say I was mad This is where the story gets good, LOL. I was so upset and couldnt sleep and decided to take a long bath. I had my laptop in the bathroom with me and an instant mess came up from him. (this was actually the first time we talked on yahoo mess) He wanted to know what was going on because the money wasn't there for him. I knew he was a scammer by that point and decided I was going to have fun with him. I told him that I accidently gave him the wrong number and apoligized over and over again. Then for fun I told him I wanted to see some addional pics of the dog. I asked him to write my name on a piece of paper and put it by her and send me the pic. He said his camera wasn't working and he couldn't but he could send me one of her by a pop can. (duh, tons of them are everywhere online) I told him that would be fine. You know he actually sent a pic that didn't even look like the same dog. So after awhile of nagging him I said everything was great and gave him another fake number to pick the money up. HEHEHE I went to sleep after that and in the morning I had probably 10 emails from him. I made up another stroy and finally I chewed this guy a new a-hole!! I still have him on my yahoo mess list and every once in awhile his name is lit up and I always say hello, LOL!!! |

| How funny! I am glad you cancelled the $$. These scammers think people are stupid, when in reality they are good natured. Anyhow, good for you!
