| I agree totally -- I mentioned earlier that I stepped in it in a store (a store that doesn't even allow dogs) --- How would you like to step in dog poop - at a store where you buy food to take home to your family??? And -- wouldn't a restaurant even be worse!!!!! Carol Jean |

| That is one of my pet peeves too -- especially the ones who let their dogs out unattended to come use my front yard as a "dumping ground." There is one Golden Retriever that leaves horse-sized piles every morning. Where do they think their dog goes and does his business every morning. Oh...they just don't care. I have daydreams of saving a week's worth and dumping it back in their yard -- but of course, I don't. I try to shoo the dog away but I just can't be mean so he thinks I am just playing.

I see red when put in a situation as yours and my other solution involves trespassing and poop slinging. | |

| thats horrible.....these are the type of people that ruin it for all the responsible people who want to bring their dogs places.....they shouldn;t even own a dog if they can not clean up after them |

| I was at a campground and noticed one of the campers with 3 BIG dogs (Irish-Wolfhounds). One of them went POO and when the owner started to walk away....... I stopped her and said that I had an extra "POOP bag" and she was welcome to use it. Worked like a charm! Just a suggestion! .... I know that it may have been a bit pushy, but why should responsible pet owners have to stop going camping (or anywhere else they enjoy taking their furbuddy) because the lazy irresponsible ones can't pick up POOP? We have to stand up for ourselves, don't ya think? |

| I hope the organizers provided baggies and frequent reminders. If not, they should have and need to hear that. |

| bags The thing is I carry bags on my leashes so that I can clean up after my pets I dont want people to think because you own a pet you dont mind poopi most of us have clean homes and yard and pick up after our animals all the time. Tha dirty people make the responsible owners look bad, and they make it hard for us to take our babys with us. |

| This is one of my pet peeves too. It happens all the time in my neighborhood. I'm just WAITING to catch someone in the act of not picking up their dog's poo, so I can tell them off. |

| I was at a dog show this weekend, and when you came in the door they handed everyone a roll of paper towels and some baggies. It was in a fairly nice hotel with some rock lined paths between different areas of the main room. We some one's dog decided to mark the rocks and it ran half way across the path and they just left it I wish I would have seen who did it bc I would have said some thing. How Rude!!! Plus it must have been a pretty good sized dog. Poor Titan could have drowned in it.
