| So afraid of noises & shaking Jasmine has always fit the bill so well of the "50 lb dog in a 5 lb body." She has never seemed afraid of anything. She bosses her two brother around and they always give into her. She is 5 lbs and they are 10 and 25 lbs. She barks out the windows if any wild critter is out there or if someone comes to the door. (Of course when they come in she is all over them with joy.) She has always been very precocious. A little ball of fire. She is 1 year and 4 months old. Lately she has become afraid of noises. THunder, balloons when the kids were making squeaky noises with them and last night she even freaked out when my granddaughter was blowing on the baby's tummy. She freaks out at any noise. She cowers down and jumps on our laps and starts shaking and acts so afraid. I don't like for her to be afraid of things like that. What has caused this all of a sudden and what can I do about it? |

| I would just keep exposing her too noises. My two arent afraid of any noices except when I clap my hands. I only do that when I want them to stop doing something

| Maybe she was recently traumatized by something? I would take Chachi's advice, and just remember to not encourage her being afraid by cuddling her everytime she gets scared bc then she'll think it's OK.
