| Going out w/ 2 dogs My only concern (besides the bills) of having 2 furbabies is when I go out. I bring Rocky everywhere he's allowed. My BF and I are still debating on what type of second dog to get, so it might be small like Rocky, or it might be huge. For those of you with two dogs, do you bring them everywhere you go? If so, how do you manage? I told my boyfriend if we get another small dog, he's going to have to get a carrier too and we'll both carry the dogs, but he wasn't really liking that idea

| If we are going to an event wherre the dogs can be on leashes we take them both. If I am going too Petsmart or a store I just take Jewels. Chachi is to heavy to carry and it is too much of a hassle to take two.

| me and boyfriend eventually want to get another dog, but of course when we get a bigger house... i think i want a bigger dog this time, i know lexi is really jealous and if it another lap dog, forget about. i figure i can leave lexi home more often cause she would have company... getting another little one would be a hassel, but thats only for me... cause my lexi is a real challenge. she really is.. she keeps me going and doesnt stop for a minute.. i wouldnt know what kind of dog i would want though the next time... thats rough deceiding

| I plan to get another puppy soon. Right now I take Coco with me everywhere, but once I get my second one, I would probably leave the two of them home. It can't be too much fun to be inside a carrier. I take her only cause I miss her all day and she wants to be with me all the time. But once the other dog comes (ANOTHER YORKIE ) they will probably be happier just playing or snoozing together at home.

| I say just buy a bigger carrier! I have three furbabies. Two of which are just about the same size. So, I opted to purchase a carrier that they can both fit into. My third furbaby, which is stockier than my ladies has the same carrier. But, he gets toted around all by himself. My daughter and I have a blast with the three in two carriers. People are always amazed when two heads pops out of the ladies carrier. |

| I took Hobbs everywhere with me until I got Hootie. Now they are both perfectly content staying at home when I leave because they have each other to keep them company. |

| That's one of the main reasons I decided not to get another yorkie. I love being to take Lola with me places..with two I definately could not. Last week we went to Lowes, Home Depot and a couple of other places. I easily took Lola and didn't even put her in her purse for the hardware stores. If I had two, I'm sure someone would have said something. It's much easier to go to a hotel or travel in a car with one also, keep that in mind. It's also easier to keep one quiet, with two you have them barking back and forth.

| Bring mine everywhere I go....no. But when I go somewhere in the car, and know I won't be getting out, they ride with me. Now out of town, yes, Adonis has always went with me! If my dog is not welcome...neither am I, so I stay home if they can't go with me. I haven't been out of town since I got Venus. I had to get a pet carrier for him, on our long trips to Austin. We got kicked out of a gas station, and a rest area before I got the carrier. This way, I can stop and eat, go in, relax. And when the weather is hot...he goes in it, to go in gas stations to pay for gas. I take him everywhere he's allowed to go. When I go to one of my sisters house, he goes too. Hoping Venus will get better trained so I can take her too soon. Now when I just go shopping, I leave him at home. No sense in keeping him in a carrier, and toting him. I save that for traveling. |

| ha ha ha I couldn't imagine your boyfriend liking that idea! I have one big dog and one little right now I obviously don't take my other dog with my everywhere (especially since she's like afraid of peopke ) That's a good question on waht to do when you have a 2nd yorkie! well get a carseat for 2! and maybe for a while if you get a bag big enough they can share, it'll be hard at first, but you'll have to teach them to be calm and that it isn't play time! I know Tila could have another little one in her carrier! |
