| What form of Pest control is safe? I am seeing a few cocaroaches (no i'm not dirty! haha) in my apartment. I would call the pest control that i have through my apartments although i wanted to check on here first if it's ok to do that. If it's safe. I would hate for her to ingest any of the poison and have to get rushed to the emergency room or something tragic happen. I was thinking about getting those small trap things from the store? Any one have any suggestions?

| There's some pest control products, that you can just open up and leave open. However, I'd recommend doing that in closets, or under sinks, where your little one won't be able to get to. It's always best to be safe when it comes to poisons and other dangerous chemicals and having a Yorkie around! |

| I have to have my house sprayed every year also. Have black widows and tons of spiders and ants. I am very concerned about spraying, which is a complete necessity, with my 4 1/2 pound yorkie, but now I also have an 8 week old 1.25 pound puppy. Does anyone know how long I would have to stay out of the house after spraying? very concerned about my babies and hate spiders soooo much. |

| We had to have the house sprayed last year for ants. We stayed out of the house for four hours, and Sandy wasn't allowed out back (where most of the ants were) for another two hours after that. We didn't have any problems and so far, the ants haven't come back!
