| I ebay a lot but I don't know that name. Since you know her ebay ID, can't you request her contact info from ebay...that is if you need to get in touch with her. Wish I could help.

MORE then a problem. My yorkie is 56 days along (if Im going by the first time they were stuck together................she was "taken advantage of" a few days before that") so I ordered a whelping kit fromt his chick on ebay. It says in her listing that everything wil be mailed within 3 days (items were paid for on saturday of last week). I received the stethascope (sp) a few days ago and yesterday I got the kit itself. Originiall she told me the stethascope and the scale would be seperate by a day or two but EVERYTHING else would be together. Well, I got the kit and even MORE things were missing. When I wrote to her she said it was mailed in another package (which is not what I was told in the listing or from her in emails). My little girl is ready to pop. She's stretching out a LOT, staring off into space, or in my eyes, follows me everywhere, and hids under my bed and yesterday she got up on my kitchen table......then fell. So im worried about her, Anyday now these pups are gonna come and I stille dont have the whelping supplies. Everytime I contact this seller there's yet another excuse. SO....EVERYONE BE WARNED! STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER. SHE IS VERY SLOW AT SHIPPING AND HAS YET TO APOLOGISE OR FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!

| Gosh, I'm so sorry that happened! My little girl had a litter a few weeks ago and I didn't have any whelpping supplies. My girl did all the work, but I know that's not always the case. I'm sure some of the breeders on here can tell you what you just have to have in case of emergency. From what I can remember most stuff can probably be found in your house already. You can request the ladies contact info from ebay since you were involved in a transaction with her. It's easy. Then you can call her if you'd like.

| whelping Go to the store tomorrow..you really do not need much at all. A box, heating pad, under it, not in it. thermometer to take her temp. Clamp, scissors, iodine, small terry clothes, small food scale.. Puppy comes out, use a terry clothe to clean it off, shake it down to get the fluid out, clamp crimps the cord and no need to tie it..a dab of iodine..put the pup with mom in the warm box and wait for the next one..that's about all you need to do..unless you have a complication, then you will need the vet. Good Luck |

This was an accident pregnancy...my first EVER dog pregnancy, so I didn't know WHAT to get lol. Naturally I ordere the BIGGEST whelping kit I could find. I paid over $100 for this thing and I don't have everything yet. Im upset because I didn;t get what I paid for. Just as anyone would be. I have the basics that she sent but not the other stuff like the puppy bottle kit (incase they need to be bottle fed) and a few other items. Rest assured that I WILL contact ebay about this. I refuse to let someone else be suckered by this person. I just wanted to make sure that everyone else here knew to watch out. Im sure im not the only one hree who's new to having pups lol.

| So sorry to hear about the problem. BUT, your first responsibility is to your baby. Do as YorkieRose says and you will be okay. Put several layers of old towels in the box and take one out each time she has a puppy. Many if not most people use newspaper but I just cannot do that. Have you had your baby checked by the vet since she tied with the male? If you have a regular vet make sure you notify him/her to be on stand by when the whelping starts. Then, ask the vet if the mom needs an oxytocin shot to make sure she is cleaned out. As YorkieRose said, make sure the heating pad doesn't touch the babies but keep them warm..You can get the feeding bottles and formula at any pet store but hopefully you will not need them... |

As far as the vet being on standy by, well, im s**t outta luck there (sorry for the fowl lanuage). I live in the middle of nowhere and out here when a vet closes....they REALLY close. They told me if they are closed and we need help to go to the animal hospital. Unfortunately the animal hospital is about a 35 minute drive. EEEEKKK!!!

| If you paid for your items using PayPal that is the best place to file for help (eBay won't help you much). If you used PayPal you can file for items significantly not as described and PayPal will freeze the funds in her account until this is resolved. I guarantee you will get her full attention this way. Sign in to your PayPal account, click on Resolution Center and follow the instructions from there. Also, if you are shopping on eBay always use PayPal funds paid from a credit card if at all possilbe. It provides you the most protection should anything go wrong with your transaction. |

leave negative Feedback!! and submit fraud to ebay (misrepresenting an item to make sell) I have been a seller since 1999 and her auction stated pacific's and you paid for special shipping! She should have sent it fedex like she stated! she has mislead you and modified shipping to meet her own needs, also use Paypal to demand a refund for shipping (request money) and in the note section tell her you want a refund or you will file a complaint!
