| Thanks everybody!! She's doing good with her food now. I have been giving them water cupped in my hand though and when she drinks it it goes up her nose. I try to be really careful to make sure she drinks it slowly but she dives her head right in I think I'll try giving her water from a bottle next time. Maybe she just isn't developed enough as the other ones. The others lap it up just fine! She doesn't play like the others do but she's more active now than she was a few days ago and is staying awake a little more than she was. I think maybe she's just going to have a very timid personality. I've been giving them water after each feeding and they all act like they are thirsting to death. Until a few days ago they were just getting milk mixed in with their food. Should I put a water dish in their playpen?? I'm afraid to because I can see them swimming in it and getting wet when I'm not in there and then catching a chill. I had not even thought that they needed water until I was cleaning the food off their faces with a damp warm rag and they started licking it like crazy. Thats when I started letting them drink water from my hand. Please don't tell me that I've been dehydrating my babies I feel so stupid that I never even thought of giving them water.

| Put a shallow dish (like a saucer) of water in their pen with them.. That way they can't go swimming and they'll have water if they want it. You may have to fill the dish several times a day.
