| Welcome to YorkieTalk! We had to wait for several months before we brought our Toto home so I certainly understand your excitement!! I thought the day would never come and when it finally did, it took us less than 5 minutes to fall totally in love with her!! She will be two years in July and is so spoiled it's ridiculous!! Although my husband and I made a total committment in this decision and studied everything we could find, we are still learning new things all the time!! It was one of the best decisions we ever made! She is our joy!!

| Hello, and Welcome from another "newbie". These guys on YT are so helpful, in the 13 days I have been a member I have learned loads. I am also a "transplant" I am English and now live in Missouri. I can't add to anything else that you would need, except maybe patience, they are so adorable but have minds of their own, so patience is definitely a virtue especially in potty training. My Jack is 6 months old now, and has pretty well mastered the art of the potty. He still likes to bite my hands gently, but I yell "Ow" and he starts licking, so I guess we have that one mastered too. Can't wait to see your pup. Good luck and get prepared for a lot of loving.
