| opinion MY opinion...$2500 for the "Pup of the Month".. poor quality for the price. (color) Also, they are not groomed well..if I was taking photo's to sell, I would bathe them and trim their ears. Some are quite large and flop eared for the price. Those males should be well under $500...and ther biggest RED FLAG.. they diliberately mix the breeds..and I saw no AKC. |

| I agree Yorkierose. I can buy a lot better quility than that for less. when i see other things like ckc and apri sends a red flag about why. Although i will say i've had to call AKC twice to get my papers back this time. I hate paperwork lol. . Guess its part of it though.don't get me wrong i do have mine triple registered but that's because a friend of mine couldn't get akc papers after promised and she breeds to my boys.

| akc The AKC sure is a pain and not perfect, but I haven't found anything better yet. Too many loop holes in other registeries IMO. |

| We can probably help! Midwestgirl, If you don't mind sharing...what state do you live in? Amongst all of us on here somebody can probably recomend a good breeder in your state. Personally these dog websites scare me a bit. Especially the ones that will ship your puppy to you. I don't think I would trust a full grown yorkie to be shipped let alone a baby. Plus I think that going to the breeder's home and seeing the conditions first-hand tells you a lot. |

| I don't know where you live in the midwest. I live in Indiana and can give you the name of a breeder. She has beautiful dogs with champion backgrounds akc registered. Her dogs run in the five pound range.
