Is my dog a Yorkie? This dog was either lost or abandoned..Ive had him for about 3 months now. He is approx 20 pds . Im still not sure what kind of dog he is. The vet thinks maybe Yorkie Schnauzer mix. What do you all think?

Maybe even more than two breeds in the mix...Yorkie,Maltese, Schnauzer. Really sweet. Wish the photo showed the whole body....a little more detail.

Mixed breeds don't breed true so he could be any possible mixture. Maybe Yorkie maybe not. But he is adorable and good for you for taking him in. Are you keeping him so he has a forever home?

Yes he does and Ive never had a sweeter dog in my life!! Ever! I love him so much..I have him listed as a lost dog but would simply fall to pieces should his owner come forward... He was covered in ticks and his nails were long and hair in terrible shape..It took some time to get him back to normal...I love him a lot!!! The only thing that bothers me is he gets very upset when we leave for work, etc. I feel bad for him...All he really wants to do is be with me. Is that typical Yorkie behavior?

He could be a silky too. He looks pretty big, but I can't really tell from the picture. He looks like real sweetie, I'm glad you found each other.
