| Im a little worried, need your opinion Chloe has been a little mellow the past 2 days and isnt eating as much, which is strange for her. She acted a little out of it today and it looks like she is not walking in straight lines but I think I am just paranoid. She also threw up a little bit of her water this morning. Last Sunday I switched her food(Im mixing it with her old food) from regular nutro to the nutro ultra and started to add the missing link to it and at first she seemed to like her new food but yesterday and today she is not very interested. I had to add the nutro apple torte dessert to it to make her eat some today (thats right she had dessert for breakfast, lol) and actually she didnt eat as much as I had hoped. Ive been giving her some chicken treat when I work on training her and she still perks up for those. Do you think she is just acting weird becasue she hasnt eaten much becasue of the new food, could it be the missing link making her not feel well, or do you think she just needs to eat more? Or is it somethign else?

| Oh poor Chloe!!! Have you tried feeding her some chicken/rice or hamburger/rice? Maybe changing her food and adding missing link together might have cause her tummy to be upset. But I am a worrier like you, so I would call the vet to be on the safe side. |

| If she isn't walking in a straight line, I'd get her to the vet ASAP!

| Poor little girl!!!! How much Missing Link have you been putting on her food? I bet her tummy is just a little upset because of the food change and the addition of the Missing Link. I know you are supposed to start giving small doses of the ML and gradually increase the amount because it will upset their tummies. I know Hobbs' tummy was upset for about a week when I first started the ML. They just have to work up a "tolerance" to it just like a new food. Hope this is all that it is and she is feeling better soon. |

I have been giving her just a tiny bit of the missing link, like 1/3 of a tsp. She doesnt seem to be having diahrea or anything wrong with her poop and she only threw up the water once today- Im hoping maybe she just drank too much. I just gave her some chicken and rice and she has been drinking lots of water so now I feel good about her having food in her tummy. I even made her walk to me a few times and she is walking just fine. I think I was just paranoid this morning because I knew she hadnt eaten very much and she was mellow. Im gonna keep my eye on her and watch her like a hawk. If she does anything weird or doesnt get more energetic Im gonna take her to the vet.

| Maddie is on Nutro Ultra too. When I switched her I didnt have any problems. Maybe she just has a little virus like humans get. I would say if you are for sure about her not walking straight to call the vet. You know how she acts and if you are umcomfortable I would call to be safe. Sometimes switching foods can mess them up for a while. Maybe just try the Nutro Ultra and let her get us to that before you add the missing link. Maybe all of it at once is causing her tummy to be upset. Hope she gets to feeling better. |

It just takes a couple of days for their little tummies to get used to the ML, just like a new food. I only gave Hobbs 1/4 tsp. starting out and it messed up his tummy. But, after a week he was perfectly fine. After 2 weeks once his tummy was settled, I started increasing his dose. Now he gets 1/2 tsp. a day. It is worth the inital upset tummy because his skin is no longer dry and flaky and his coat is SO shiny and soft! I love this stuff! | |

| Could she have swallowed something? Don't let it go on too long before you take her to the vet. We had a pitbull that acted that way and he had a golf ball lodged in his intestines! It had to be surgically removed to the tune of $900....... I know yorkies and pits are quite different, but the symptoms are just like you are describing. |

Donating YT 30K Club Member | My Pom could not tolerate the Missing Link even in small doses and even though she is 12 1/2 lbs. Cali had no problem, so I took Maya off of it as she has a nice coat anyway, It has really helped Cali's coat and skin. Maybe try not giving her the ML for a few days and see. Also, with CAli I give her 3/4 of a teaspoon divided between her 3 meals. I hope your baby feels better soon
