| Sorry , since it is a mix there is no way of telling. It could look more Lhaso than yorkie or more yorkie than Lhasa or it can look like a combination. I'm sure it will be cute whatever it looks like. |

| Lhasa Apsos are such pretty dogs. I don't think anyone on the forum has one that is a mix of Lhasa/Yorkie. I'd love to see a pic of that.

| May I ask what in the world is that person considering buying a SIX, yes SIX, week old puppy that is on the small side? And, the Yorkie parent can contribute some really sad genes, healthwise. When I think of the leg structure of the Lhasa and the hip and knee problems of the Yorkie, I see trouble ahead. I have heard people say "If I didn't buy it, somebody else would.!" Unfortunately, that is true BUT the buyer can pay ad ask that the breeder keep the puppy with its family til it is at least 10 weeks; twelve preferable."that is young to get a puppy but oh well"...does that mean she has already made the decision and cannot be helped to see the reasons for waiting longer? I am curious.. |

| Congratulations to your girlfriend on her new puppy!! She must be so excited! Is it a local breeder? I would love to see what it looks like too! I bet it's adorable! What would that be... a Llasayork? Yes, 6 weeks is really young, but I don't feel it's fair to judge without knowing all the facts. Maybe you could persuade her to let it stay with the Mommy longer unless it is an orphan or something else is wrong. I know there are circumstances sometimes that aren't ideal, and we do what we have to do. Is that the case here? |

| Hmmm, interesting mix. What's funny is this lady I know has a lhasa boy and will NOT leave me alone about breeding him to Tia. She has $$ in her eyes My parents have a Lhasa, Buddy - he is such a sweetheart. Maybe this would be called a Lhorkie?

| A 6 week old pup is very young, so your Gf needs to be prepare and learn how to handle a newborn. Like Kim said we dont know the circunstances why she is getting such a young pup. I just wish her good luck. Also will love to see a pic, I have never see a (Lhorkie?) before. I bet is adorable. |

| yorkie/lhasa Here are some pics I found of yorkie-lhasas...they look cute..more like lhasas than yorkies. But I bet that would be a really neat personalitied dog. My mom has lhasas and they are sooo sweet, and of course we all know how yorkies are!! |

| Yorkie Apso Puppies The Yorkie Apso will be very cute. Depending on how large the Male is, will determine the size of the puppies when full grown. Both the Lhasa Apso's and the Yorkies are shed & allergy free dogs. My Lhasa Apso is due to have puppies in about 2 weeks. The male is 4 lbs full grown, very handsome and my Lhasa is the same coloring of a yorkie. Attached is a photo of the puppies at 8 weeks and then at 17 weeks. Very cute! My dog will have about 6 - 8 puppies. |

Senior Yorkie Talker | Sounds like it'll be a really cute pup, especially looking at pics of yorkie apso's on the net and on this forum. I do agree that a 6 week old puppy is too young to leave its mom though, best of luck fo them both! And btw here is a link with pics of yorkie apso's if you want to check it out: Yorkie-Apso Information and Pictures, Yorkie Lhasa Hybrid, Yorkie-Apsos
