| 2 years to late! I waited for a call like this for almost a year, two years ago. I received a call last Fri from my vet. There was a 10mo old male Yorkie needing a new home. Did I want him? Oh my god I could not believe my ears! Unfortunately I could not take him but I called my girl friend who lost her Tiffany after 17yrs and was looking for another female. She does rescue work and was trying to get me a Yorkie when I was looking two years ago. No luck so I bought Buddy. We went to see him yesterday. He was absolutely beautiful. Full coat, ears up and great bite. Perfect line and beautiful face with short nose. Young couple, she was expecting and wanted a good home for Bruno. We took him and he is now Uno (#1). He is 5 1/2 lbs and less than 1/2 the size of Buddy! I can't help but think of what I almost had but had to give up. He went to a wonderful home with two German Shepards and a standard Poodle and three cats for brother's and sisters. All resuces. I think I am jelous. No, I know I am. When I came home and opened up the door Buddy looked like a giant next to the little one I was holding but Buddy is my Buddy and this story has a happing ending. |

| I'm so glad Uno found such a great family to become a part of. I'll bet he becomes the boss in no time.

| Awwww, hey, it didn't even happen to ME, and *I* feel jealous! But how great that you know you helped get him a good home, and you can be "godmother"! And of course....you wouldn't give up Buddy for anything! "Uno" is a REALLY cute name!
