Pattern for ruffle ball: Materials needed: scissors G crochet hook bright colored 4 ply yarn Chain (ch) 5 slip st to lst stitch ch 1.....single crochet (sc) 3 x in each stitch (15 stitches) slip stitch into last stitch ch 1 do 3 sc in each stitch around alternating 3 sc and 4 sc all the way around in each stitch join with slip stitch ch 2, double crochet in each stitch around...slip stitch and weave end.... Throw Ball for Puppies to run and Catch and Shake!!!!

I have given so many of them away. even changed the pattern to make them a little different. I have them all over my house. they have their favorites too. I have a whole bag of them ready to go to a shelter or something. I haven't called them yet to see if they will take them.

and I have added another row to make it even tighter and bigger. I also have made them with a variety of colors (short left over scraps of yarn). also if you finish with a row of single crochet in a contrasting color it make them even prettier. and........... even prettier with sc, chain,sc in same stitch for your final row.
