| Am I doing her bows ok ? Kizzy has never been to a groomer, but i'm learning and once her hair gets longer I think I'll do it ok. I have done her myself now so long she is getting so good about her bath and standing still for me to get her bows in and when I brush under her mouth and down her chest, I say , hold your head up for me and she will raise her head right up there till I get all the front of her brushed. I got to get better cause I dont want anyone else doing her. I like doing it but trimming the ear hair and I just need more practice on that and I plan on trimming those tomorrow when she gets her bath. Here is a picture after I brushed her and put the bow in but it was made a good 4 hours after I brushed her. Tell me if i'm doing her bow ok somebody? her hair is getting thick there now but its just not long enough to work with easily. I just wonder if her hair will ever get long or if i'm just too impatient. I'm trying to be patient till all the hair around her eyes are long enough to pull up out of her eyes but I'm not gonna cut it anymore. I did at first and if I hadnt it might of been long enough by now. just wondering if it looks like i'm getting better on the bows. I need constructive criticism. lol

| Pretty girl! You look like you are doing a very good job from what I can see. What I do is cut up balloons and use that like a rubber band, it has a nice stretch and I think it does not pull a lot of hair out, then I attach the bow over it. Works well for me, though I do prefer the bands they use for children’s braces. I also always make sure it is not to tight! |

| Thank you all. I use a latex band and put the bow over it to help it stay in. But I'm practicing and when Maggies hair gets long enough maybe I can do better. Poor kizzy has been my guinea pig for things. Having to learn with her. btw, I usually get my little sharp pointed scissors and cut the band out. I have several bags of bands. It will take a long time to use them but, sometimes they come out real easy and I save those.

BANNED FOR NOT MAILING PRODUCTS PURCHASED | I think you are doing a fabulous job on here! She looks so beautiful! I also don't take Lillie to a groomer, she hates her baths and I would be so scared to let someone else handle her, I do all her trimming, the only thing I dont do are her nails, I have them done but I stand right there with her while they trim them! |
