| Wow, thats a hard one... You could get him a friend. I wish I could be of more help, but I dont really know what to do, just wanted to wish you good luck!!! Have you tried maybe talking him on a big walk before you leave to get him tired, or a Kong with stuff in it to entertain him??? |

| I posted on your other thread, but I agree that getting him a friend is a good idea. I got my yorkie a friend, and now he doesn't even notice when I leave. Also, what keeps him in that room? Do you shut the door? Do you have a baby gate? If the door is shut, I would recommend getting a baby gate so he can see out. |

| Talk with your Vet and see if there is something he can offer to calm your little one. All the other advice is something you might do or you just might have to find another place to live.

may be what would hepl is that set limits for example at night i wont allow him to sleep in my bed anymore instead i will put him in his bed in the kitchen and send him the message that now it;s rest time i will establish this routine same in the morning put him in his bed without gating him in the kitchen sothat he understands that now it;s rest time . do you think this will work ?

I would leave freshly worn t-shirts down for him to lay on while you are gone so he can smell you throughout the day. Do not make a big deal about leaving in the mornings. Just act like things are normal and don't even say bye to him before you leave....just leave. He will eventually get used to it. How old is he?
