| This dog is going to be the death of me! I swear of all the dogs I've loved.... this little cheesecake is going to be the death of me! Everyone else is taking their morning nap except Ruby - who thinks that if she shuts her eyes she is going to miss something. I went out to tidy up the backyard and of course she came with me. I SWEAR I had her in my sight the whole time (although now I realize couldn't have or else I am going seriously blind!) The next thing I know my dear sweet Ruby is looking up at me with BLOOD on her face! I got upset thinking she was hurt - although she just was looking as pleased as punch with herself. We dash inside so I can check her over but there is nothing except the blood on her face and that is just a smear. I've cleaned her up and gone back out and checked EVERYWHERE! I can't find anything (meaning a little critter or something) that might be bleeding or anything with blood on it. I even checked Charlie to make sure that it wasn't his stichs but no - he is safely sleeping away in his x-pen and healing nicely. I have a call into the vet because I'm not sure what to give her or do. Somehow blood on my puppy's face that appears not to be her own is very disturbing. I am worried that my one cat that gets out sometimes might have left a present and Ruby ate it! If its not one thing it's another with this little furball! |

| If it's not her that's bleeding, or if you think it was her but she has stopped bleeding, then I wouldn't worry about it. You said she's still acting happy, so she's probably not hurt. |

| Last night I found blood on Howie and one of his toys.. I freaked and thought he got into something... but nope, he just lost one of his front fangs!
