| Getting a 2nd yorkie baby Hi, I will be picking up my new baby on thursday. I can hardly wait. I already cant sleep lol but i have a question....My vet had told me when i got Dixie not to have her around other dogs till she had all her shots ( which she does now) so when i bring #2 home, do i have to keep them apart till he has all his shots? or is it ok for them to be together since she has had all hers? I was searching for a thread like this and didnt find one, sorry if it is a repeat.

| congrats I think it will be fine as long as she has had all of her shots, the only thing is take him to get a vet check asap just to make sure that he dont have any thing to give her (exp: worms, fleas or cold). Just to be on the safe side I would Get the vets good bill of health first. And good luck with your new little guy,, is it a boy? any names yet? any pictures?

| I just got Maggie a couple weeks ago. My dr didnt say anything about it when I took her for her health ck. I havent tried to keep them apart. They play together all the time and they seem fine. Kizzy had all her shots and Maggie got her first one the day I got her.

How long did it take for your 1st furbaby to get used to (along) with the 2nd one...I am a little worried about this. Sadie is 2 1/2 yrs old and is the Queen...I mean spoiled rotten (like you all don't spoil yours!!)..Any info would be greatly appreciated!
