I let him smell the trees so he can smell other dogs pee and maybee want to go outside but never he holds it till he get's home and then uses the wee wee pad. Does anyone have any suggestions do i have to take a wee wee pad outside with me and put it on the floor please help dont want my baby to hold himself when i take him to the park and stuff. |

| Bless Rocky! He has really learned the lesson that peepads are where he's supposed to potty. First, a warning. You may confuse the heck out of him by trying to get him to go some place else. Two thoughts. One, take a pee pad with you and put it outside when you think he needs to go (like at the park). Second, you can also try leaving some of his poop outside. Lead him to it so that he can smell it. Dogs often stimulate themselves to defecate by smelling old poop.

| This is why I never wanted to start using the pads. I thought something like this would happen. We travel alot on the weekends, and the dogs go with me. Since you allready trained him with a pad, I would take one along with ya and just have him go on that. I agree with FirstYorkie, it might confuse him.
