| Just want to say "Hello!" Hi! Just officially joined this evening......I've been viewing the forum as a "guest" for a few weeks. Looks like a great group of people and I look forward to some good times! I have 1 Yorkshire Terrier, Phoebi, who just turned 5 on July 1. She is the love of our loves. When I purchased her I was "dog dumb" and she is beyond out of standard. We choose to say we got more for our money! Her ears never stood up and her legs are those of a giraffe! She "bays" like a beagle and is the most precious girl I know! Other than the physical characteristics, she is a Yorkie to a "T"! (or at least from what I've read she fits the personality traits perfectly). The second half of "yorkiemalt" belong to my maltese, Chandler who will turn 4 on August 6. He too is a big boy! Purchased from a breeder and when I was looking made the mistake of asking for a "big male" since Phoebi was already large. Well, you know the saying - ask and you shall receive! LOL Chan has had a hard time the past few monthes (and Mom, too). He had a traumatic luxating patella fixed on April 3 - traumatic in the fact that he was a grade 2 bilateral with no symptoms until he chose to go nuts over a bike! We were 11 weeks post-op and then on June 28 injured the left knee! Nothing major just twisted it the wrong way. He had his second surgery on June 29 and we just passed the 3 week post-op point! Only 5 more to go! That's our story -- sorry I do like to ramble sometimes! Looking forward to some good times! |

Yorkie Kisses are the Best! Donating Member | HI and welcome !! Sorry your baby had to have surgery but it sounds like things went really well ? Nice to see you and here's some help posting pictures - you can use photobucket - but your pics will only show as links. We can upload directly from our computers here - it's really easy - just make sure they're sized for uploading and not too big - (approx 400-600 pixels) Then just do this... ONCE you resize and want to upload photos into a post ... In your post, Scroll down and you’ll see Additional Options Click MANAGE ATTACHMENTS Click BROWSE to find the picture on your Computer Double-Click the picture – then click UPLOAD Click Submit REPLY You can PREVIEW your post to make sure your pics are there - but you'll see them in the Manage Attachments window - if they don't upload - you'll get a message Edited - Blowery ...LOL ...I must have been posting when you were..thank you !! |
