| I feel so bad. I'am a bad mother I feel so bad. I saw the website that was posted about puppy mills. And i wanted to cry. All of you must think i'm a bad person. I didn't think about puppy mills when i bought my baby in November. I bought him from a pet store in my city and i just saw his cute face and fell in love with him. I had to buy him. He was only at the pet store for 2 days and i brought him home. I would never take him back even if i had the choice to. I love him and he loves, and adores us. I feel as though i saved him. What would have happened to him if i didn't buy him. Thank God he is in good health. The pet store is clean and everything, but i just think that the man just sells them for money. I know now and have learned from my lesson that i will never buy a yorkie from a pet store again. Not even another dog. But is PETCO an ok store to buy products from. They don't sell dogs or cats. They actually help put them up for adoptions. Honestly i'm glad i bought ToTo because he has just enriched my life. I feel really bad for all of those poor dogs in those puppymills. There just innocent victims that have done nothing . Poor things. There should be law against this. and if there is the government should be more strict on this. |

| Oh Sweetie! The post wasn't intended to make you feel bad!!! It was posted to educate people on the abuse of puppy mills and ways we can all help. I'll bet you won't ever buy anything else from a store that sells puppies!! I bought my first little precious yorkie girl at a pet store. I didn't know better either, and I wouldn't have traded her for all the gold on Earth!! Just help us all spread the word about pet stores that sell puppies, and don't you feel bad one bit! There are a lot of us that didn't know any better until someone told us too! |

| Petco is not your run of the MILL petstore. The post referred to the petstores you find in malls and such. Petco just has stuff for pets, and you're right they also have postings with pets up for adoption.

| Thats true. Thanks you guys. I would never buy any puppies from a pet store again. Both of your puppies are fine? I just thought cause it seems as though everyone has bought there babys from a breeder, and i couldn't find one so thats why i bought Toto from a pet store. I didn't know all about puppymills, and the conditions they are in. Thanks, i feel alot better. |

| I agree it's not something intended to make you feel bad. Just to warn those who are "looking" and to inform us on how cruel they can be to animals. |

| Dont feel bad. You are not a bad mommy. Your baby is a lucky one. I was very ignorant also. But like everyone else said, we just need to educate ourself and spread the information to educate others. |

| There's lots and lots of people out there that doesn't know about puppymills and pet stores. I get calls all the time asking why i sell pugs for 450.00 and petstores want 800.00. So then i tell them. or anydog for that matter. they buy these dogs for 200 and from anybody or someone that breeds their dogs everytime and has 100of them and sell them at big prices and dont stand behind their dogs. Then the people that do get called backyard breeders or puppymills also. it just makes me hot
