| cost to extract baby teeth??? I was just wondering what everyone was charged to have their yorkie's baby teeth extracted?? Scampers is only six months old and just starting to get his adult teeth in so I won't know whether or not he will retain any baby teeth until he gets older but I just wanted to see what the prices were incase he does need it done in the future. I asked one of my vets and it is $135 and $15per tooth, is this a good price??

| I think that sounds like a fair price. You have to pay to put them under anesthesia and the price per tooth sounds fair. I had mine done when they were spayed and neutered so my vet didnt charge me anything for it.

| If Bailey has any puppy teeth left, they will be extracted when she is spayed. Doing them when she is already under anesthesia for another procedure (like spaying), our vet charges $5 per tooth. I didn't ask what he would charge otherwise. |

| I will be calling my Vet today for prices. Joey needs his cleaned and will need some pulled. I do know my Vet charges $90 for teeth cleaning. I just need to know how much to pull teeth. Also, are they in much pain afterwards? Will he be able to eat okay?

| It depends on the vet, but when Sissy was spayed they pulled 4 baby teeth and didn't charge any extra for it!

| Misha will be getting her canines out next week. She lost all her baby teeth but those. We just changed Vets. Our old Vet estimated, $150. Our new Vet said $90. Piper on the other hand, I'll wait on getting her spayed and if she has any baby teeth still in take care of all at once. |

| I will be taking Joey in for cleaning and extraction of some baby teeth and it will cost $90 for cleaning and $5 each tooth pulled. I don't think that is too bad.

| We had Yogi's baby teeth extracted 6 months ago and it was $170.00. This was with a chest X-ray, anesthesia and 4 extractions. He does chest x-rays if he's never put them under before.?

| I think Ollie is going to need some pulled also. I was planning to breed her, but I need to see if she gets over 4 pounds. So I'll wait with the extractions until I know if she will need to be spayed. |
