| size advice on celltei petite pak o pet I have been studying all of the threads about the Cellter pak o pet carrier, as well as the Celltei website. My problem is trying to figure out which size to get. Mia is 3.5 lbs and she is almost 2 yrs old. The petite one seems to be the right size according to the website, but I am so afraid of it being to tiny. I do want the smallest size I can get away with because this bag is going to be used mostly for sneeking her into places. She will not be staying in the bag for any long periods of time. So, I am wondering if anyone has the petite pak o pet and can give me your feedback on this size. Thanks bunches, |

| I would recommend the XS pak-o-pet if your baby is 3.5lbs. I have this size for Oscar and he is 3lbs and fits just nicely. Oscar is so used to his bag that I think I could get away with a petite size for him at this point. If this is your baby's first carrier, I would stick with something that won't be as confining for her and the XS should provide her with lots of room - but not too much. The pak-o-pet is fantastic though - I smuggle Oscar into the office building where I work EVERY DAY and have yet to be noticed - It just looks like an oversized bag. You can also email the owner of Celltei and let her know your pup's exact measurements and she'll recommend a size for you.

| I've read so much about these bags on this forum and went to go order one, but they only ship within the USA and these bags are made in Hong Kong where I live, but I have NEVER seen these bags anywhere!!!!

| Thanks for all the advice. I think I will go with the XS to make sure she has enough room. I just wish there was a store around here that carried them so I could actually look at them and try them out. |

How far are you from the Dallas area? Im not familiar where Warren TX is. BUt if you are close to the DFW area there is 2 stores called Glamour Dogs and they carry celltei carriers. They have a store near the Stonebriar mall in Frisco and they have one in Dallas I think. I go to the Frisco store.

| Don't know how sizes compare between brands, but I bought a petite airline approved tote for Zoe, she is just under 3 lbs, and it was too small. Not sure what brand it was, we returned it, and are shopping for a large one. |

Be sure and let us know how the XS works out for Baby. It seems this is a big question for everyone about what size to order. If I'm going to pay this much for a carrier, I just want to be certain on the size. I weighed my Mia today at the groomers, she has a baby scale, and she was exactly 3 lbs. So if the XS works for Baby, then it will most likely be the right size for Mia too. Be sure and post back when you get it, and I know we would all love to see pictures of it with Baby in it. Thanks, | |
