| I do know a woman complained in our area about a small terrier type dog that got in her yard and killed two of her chickens..AC fined the owner and told them the next time they would take her dog and put it to sleep since it was deemed "dangerous"...I thought that was crazy! They can fine the owner for the dog being out of it's yard, unleased and the owner should have paid for the two chickens, but dogs kill stuff like birds, chickens, mice etc..it is in their nature..why put it down, unless it is a danger to humans. I have had a few of mine kill birds and one found a turtle in the yard and chewed the shell...given a bit more time and the turtle would have been killed. I don;t want to see the "terrier" temperament bred out of our Yorkies...then they would be laid back hounds..LOL |

| i thought it was strange that ac would put up "dangerous animal" signs, so i asked my mom about and she has been on the board of directors for the Animal Adoption rescue foundation for years, and she said that, that was TRUE, that AC could do that and have many times... Just wanted to pop that in.. |
