| Are you owned by Your dog? Please forgive me and ignore this if it is a repost of something you have seen before, I just thought it pertained so much to us Yorkie lovers!! Are You Owned by Your Dog? How many of these statements apply to you and your dog? 1) You believe every dog is a lap dog. 2) If you are cold, you put a sweater on your dog. 3) You have a picture of your dog in your wallet, but not one of your kids. 4) You often claim that it was love at first sight with you and your dog. 5) You have your dog talk to your friends on the phone. 6) You can't fully enjoy yourself without your dog. 7) No matter how large your bed is, it is not large enough for you and your dog (s). 8) You spend more on clothes and food for your dog than you do for yourself. 9) You have no reservations about kissing your dog on the lips, even when you know where his lips have been. 10) You believe it is your duty to talk to, pat, and even feed every dog in the neighborhood. You know their names. 11) You let the neighbor's dog sleep over. 12) You believe there is no such thing as a naughty dog. 13) Your vet and grooming bills exceed your rent. 14) When you need someone to talk to, your dog is your first choice. 15) You sit on the floor if the dog got in the chair first.

| Not too many, but the ones that do: 2. I put a sweater on Sissy to go to bed at night cause it is cold downstairs. 3. My kids photos are in my wallet. I carry a photo album of Sissy with me! 8. Sissy's clothes are on hangers in her own closet!

| ok,I do love for both Satch and Sammi to sit in my lap as often as possibe. I don't like to go and leave them at home,my husband and I show our cars and I bought a stroller so Sammi ( 9 weeks old ) can go,if she gets tired ,I just put her in and she is content( 2 shows so far.) Satch likes to lay on the grass.Yes ,I kiss the little ones All dogs are my buddies no matter who they belong to.I went to WalMarts yesterday to develope 27 pictures of my 2 babies I have a standing account with my Vet,I make a payment every month even if I don't owe anything at the time You never know what you might need or when.I also live in the country and a small town Vet is easier to work with.(He is one darn good Vet by the way ) Both my babies sleep in my bed with me.Good heavens I am going to stop here,I just read what I have written,ye gads,my dogs DO own me

| Love it! I got 6. I laughed when I read #4 because I have said that a lot recently about my new baby, Sugar, including several times here on YT. What can I say? It's true! |

| I just thought of another few You don't want to go back to work on Mondays because you'll miss your dogs.... You consider getting a job at an antique store so you can take your dog.... You consider starting your own DOG PARK, so you can be with your dog all day and call it your job...

My husband and i work out of an office attached to the house so all of the above don't apply to me but they would if i had a regular job! I am so lucky, Pita sits on my lap or behind me in my chair all day, I sit on the edge of the chair and end up with a bachache but that's ok!

| I'm very fortunate that I work for a family owned newspaper and Elphie gets to go to work with me everyday! She's definitely the center of attention in the office! I guess that does make me owned by my dog! |

| I got 10/15, so I guess I'm owned by Brownie. I'm in the process of taking a grooming class so in hopes of one day, I will be able to open up my own grooming business to cut down on the grooming expenses and I can be with Brownie all day long. I take her to work with me now, but it's not the same. I work in an office and she really doesn't get all of my undivided attention. I need to be doing something that I can be close to her for the whole day.

| I think Ive done all of those at some time or another. Im so obsessed with Chloe (and my other girls). CHloe is the extremely affectionate one so we are very devoted to spending all our time with eachother. I think the husband is jealous. CHloe has me well trained too. She knows she can look at something and bark and i will give it to her . Or she can look at me and bark and I will pick her up . Im pretty sure Im not the "owner" in this relationship, lol!
