| How did you come up with your yorkies name? Tell how your yorkie got his/her name!!! (Tugger is named after Tug McGraw, a phillies pitcher who was a legend) His name was about to be Tag, but since he kept tugging when we played tug of war, and on the leash, we got tugger(were also big tug mcgraw fans!) The breeders called him sigma, but we changed it. his alternate names: Slash Axl Rose Teddy ZoSo Lennon Beavis Angus Tigger i forget the rest...

| Sophie's name was going to be either Chloe or Zoe. I had them picked before we went to get her. In the car on the way home I said to my husband you know what name I think is cute Sophie. He said that is it I love it. That is how she got her name. It just came to me while I was holding her and it just seemed to fit perfect. I had not even thought of it before that day.

Tugger's name was decided at the last minute also. It's a magical moment when you first hold your puppy

| George is named after my dog growing up he was a Springer Spaniel. I thought it would be a nice tribute to the late George who I loved soooo much he passed away when I was 9.

Donating YT 500 Club Member | My only brother passed away nine years ago, except for a brief marriage early on, he remained single. He would date ladies, and when I would ask him their names and about them, (not wanting me to get my hopes up), he would always answer, oh, I think it was Ruby, and laugh at me. When I think of him, that name comes to mind, because it was always such a joke between us. My Ruby makes me laugh and happy and to remember David with Love. And, she is such a jewel!! I am curious to know how everyone got the YorkieBug? |

| Names The name Lola has been popular lately in movies(Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen) and by celebrities. After hearing it oooh so many times it's grown on me. It's a sexy spunky "Diva" name to me. Last year I decided that when we got our yorkie that would be her name. Fast forward to a couple months ago when my SIL and brother announced they were pregnant and considering the name...Lola. I shouted "No, that's my PUPPY name". They said "The puppy you don't even have?". Needless to say I begged them to let me use the name I had already picked out. There is a slight chance I may end up with a niece named Lola but they like highly unusual names so I'm thinking they'll pick something else. Daisy as her middle name because it just sounded so cute together. When I said Lola Daisy I just knew it would be perfect for her. My back up name(in case I couldn't use the first name I had my heart set on) was Zoe Grace. |

My daughter named Louie......"Louie" because she was at the time in love with the Louie Vitton disigner....so his name is Louie Giovanni.....I wanted to call him "Gus", or "Oscar"...but he got Louie and I love it now.....She wanted to name our little girl "Daphney", but she just looked like a Bella to me so that is what we named her she is now "Bella Rosa"....and we have a very Italian last name so they both go really good!

| I loved the model "Gia" and I loved the movie "Gia" (the one with Angelina Jolie). I thought the name sounded exotic & sexy/ cute. I don't actually get Gia untill the 14th of July I bought her from a breeder and I have to wait untill she's at least 12 weeks before she can be shipped out. |

| Haha, I love all these stories! I got Frodo in January, and at the time, I had some spare time to read some leisure books (I was still on winter break from grad school), so I finally picked up the Lord of the Rings series. It was about a week before I was supposed to get Frodo, and I was reading, and it just hit me - "Frodo" - THAT'S going to be his name! And I really lucked out because he looks just like a Frodo
