| What are your yorkie's best qualities? What are his/her worst? Yorkies are just like people. Their complex little personalities have things that we love as well as quirks we wish we could change. As a way of getting to know each other's pups better, I have started this thread. Hope you all join me. Nikko's Best Qualities: He is a total LOVERBOY!! He loves to give kisses and will kiss you all day if you let him. He is very sweet and friendly and he pretty much loves everyone. He loves to cuddle and lets me hug and squeeze him. Nikko's Worst Qualities: He is stubborn. He refuses to be potty trained. He is way too barky and his annoying little bark pierces your skin. His fascination with his own poop drives me insane. I can't wait to read everyone elses.

| Lady's Best: She is such my little girl...she always has to be with me...my bf and I went for a walk with her last night and he had the leash and had tried to run ahead with her, but she wouldn't have it, she sat right down and wouldn't budge until I was right next to her and then she started walking again. When ever she gets scared of anything, right to me she comes. Shes such my little love. Lady's worst: When I leave her in the kitchen when I can't watch her, she barks and barks soooo annoying loud. The fact that she does sooo well with her potty training and then when she gets distracted she forgets.. |

| Schatzi's best: she's sooooo friendly. She loves every person and animal she meets. Oh, and she was also easily potty trained. Schatzi's worst: she goes CRAZY when the doorbell rings and she doesn't like to be cuddled for more than 5 seconds

| Best: Buddy is such a good dog so willing to please all the time. He can now be trusted in the house alone all day without touching anything and sleeps in late with me on the weekends. Worst: He will not give a new dog a change to be friends. If he does not know the dog he goes nuts! This is driving me nuts. We are working on it but like all Yorkies, he is stubborn. | Kobe's Best: He is so calm and laid back. Loves everybody. Always has a kiss for you. He is a lap dog. He is content to stay there all day. Worst: He still has potty accidents. Kali's Best: She is one crazy and wild little girl. Loves to play with you. Always has a kiss for you when you return home. Worst: She cries hysterically when you need to put her in her crate for a while. (only last about a minute) She needs to be nicer to her big brother. (hopefully she will grow out of this) |

| Reuger's best--He is such a Mommy's boy. When we're all sitting down he prefers to be on my lap or near me. Also, I swear that he understands what I say to him sometimes. It just totally amazes me. Reuger's worst--He won't come when called. We have it figured out though, we just grab a bag of treats and, here he comes!! Also, he's gotten where he hides under the couch and the bed. He knows that when we leave he'll get put into his kennel or outside so he goes and hides. When he's under the couch it's so cute to see his little face peeking out! Oh yeah, I almost forgot, Reuger's very worst is when I let him out and he goes down by the pond and comes back with stick-tights all over him. He came home the other day and my daughter and I spent an hour with a bottle of creme rinse, picking out stick-tights. I had a bowl full when we got done!!! But I must say that he was really soft for a while!!!!

| Mitzi is a real love-bug. She loves to cuddle and kiss and stays alone at home for hours without accidents and complaints. But... at night she turns into a vicious watch dog and barks at any little noise and wakes us up. That's why we have to keep all windows shut and I hate sleeping with closed windows... |

| Dylan's best: He is so entertaining to watch when he plays with my Jack Russell. He just goes crazy sometimes and runs in circles at high speed. He loves all other dogs. Sleeps all night now in his little bed beside mine with no accidents. Greets me at the door with lots of exciting barking and dancing. Dylan's bad habits: Still has lots of accidents, especially in the evening even though I take him out at least once an hour. Annoys my chihuahua to no end by trying to clean her teeth. He tries to stick his whole head in her mouth (lol), poor Maddie. She still hates him and we have had him for 3 1/2 mths now. Not a snuggler at all. The only time he will let someone hold him is if he is sleepy. If he was a child I would say he has ADHD. |

| Dennis’s best: He is gorgeous, I can never look at him without thinking, “Wow, you are some good looking kid.” He is very smart and not only understands what I say to him but is usually way ahead of me. He has been potty trained pretty much from 8 weeks, which is quite remarkable from what I have read here. He is also a lot of fun to take on walks and he just loves to just be anywhere I am, in fact he will not let me out of his sight. He is also a terrific watchdog, hears everything. He just gets better every day! Worst: He is a 2-½ pound jumper, he learned how to negotiate the stairs at 4 months old, and will jump from any height without hesitation or warning. As much as he is gentle, always giving the submissive position when meeting animals or people, he walks and jumps all over me as if he weighed 20 pounds! He has been known to leap in the air and land on my stomach with all fours with a look in his eye that more than suggests he thinks this is fun. I wish he was more laid back, but he has calmed down quite a bit. |

| Best: Is the most affectionate little dog I've ever seen! Loves to cuddle and has the sweetest temperment. Worst: Sometimes poops right next to the pee pad. Eats tissues. toilet paper, garbage and toys to shreds. I think the good outweighs the bad!

| Kacee's best qualities: She's calm and loves other doggies and everybody she meets. If they pay attention to her, she never forgets them. She was the easiest puppy to potty train! She was, for the most part, potty trained by the time she was four months old. I knew when she got it, too. She had just piddled on the carpet. I went with my cleaner and utensils to clean the spot and she followed me and while I was cleaning the spot I was lecturing her the whole time. She stood there by me and looked down at what I was doing and up at my face. I'll never, ever forget it! It was so cute. She's very loving and cuddly. She has her place in bed and snuggles up against me in the same spot every night. She's not a barker. Yippee! Kacee's only bad trait that I can think of is that she likes to dig in the dirt, so I have a spot in her yard that she can dig until her heart's content! I just smooth it back every so often, so she can start again!

| Zoey's Best : her sweetness! She can make anyone feel better. Zoey's Weaknesses : She acts like the ringmaster of her siblings! She bosses her new baby brother (which is a Poodle) around! |

| Lola has so many good qualities. She is the most adorable yorkie I have ever seen. IMO. She is a love bug. Constantly kissing you. Always in a good mood. She likes to lay alone and can entertain herself. She loves everyone. No such thing as a stranger. She has brought more joy to my life than I ever thought possible. Bad qualities- She isn't 100% potty trained. She is a bit of an attention whore, When Mommy and Daddy want alone time, she will stare you down and bark. She has no sense of fear. Has the ability to make Mommy and Daddy feel extremely guilty every time they leave the house.

| Simon's Best Qualities: Simon will make friends with anyone, anything and any other dogs (the bigger the better). He is the friendliets, most social dog I have ever seen and has no fear at all. Simon's Worst: He barks for attention when we are outside or in public. He thinks anyone that walks into our apartment is there to play ball and will not leave them alone until they do. Hallie's Best Qualities: Hallie is my cuddler, she will sit on my lap and lick my face until I move her. She is always wanting to be with me and give me love. Hallie's Worst Qualities: She is very, very dependent on me. She hates going to daycare even though it's to socialize her, she lays around and pouts all day. She is extremely jealous of Simon and sometimes mean to him. She also still has potty accidents occasionally. The good qualities outweigh the bad ones ALL the time I love my monkeys! |
