| Top Ten Yorkie Friendly Beaches My personal favorite dog friendly beach is Cape San Blas, FL. Sometimes you can walk on the beach for a mile and not see any body. Top Ten Dog Friendly Beaches Any other dog friendly beaches? Does anybody have some good dogs on the beach pictures? |

| I live in Charleston, SC (well, in a suburb, closer to the beach) and Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island are dog-friendly, from my experience. We take Sully there all the time and he loves to chase sea gulls.

| We don't have any pics of Jax at the beach yet, but we got some of his brothers. Little Talbot Island in Jacksonville has a great beach that is very secluded. You have to walk about 1/2 mile through the woods to get to it, so the dogs can run like crazy!

| Lyall Bay Beach, Wellington, New Zealand! Ok it's on the south coast and the water's freezing but I love it! There are always nice doggies and people to meet. I've posted a pic of each of my babies on the beach plus a "long" shot so you can kinda see the beach itself. I love the south coast when it's all windy and wild.

| I just returned from St George Island, FL...which I think is #3 on the list...it was very dog friendly. We took Bonnie to one restaurant where we ate on the porch and they brought her a bucket of water (even though the bucket was as big as she was and she would have had to get in it to actually drink out of it, it was the thought that counts ) and 2 doggie treats. There are a lot of dog friendly houses to rent there. I highly recommend this island for dog vacations! As long as you have your dog under control you don't have to have them on a leash.
