Lovin' 2 Girls Donating Member | What should I expect... ....when Abbie is spayed? I wasn't going to spay her; but, now have changed my mind. So, it's about 'that time'. The vet is just waiting for her grown up teeth to come in, and hopes to make it between the teeth coming in and her first heat. btw, what are the opinions on that? Is it best to spay before or let her have one heat? And, I've read that her personality may change (I DO hope NOT! - she's so perfectly adorable, now), and she may gain weight? On a side note: She's 5.7lbs, at 6 1/2 months. I figure her appetite is slower these days coz her mouth hurts from teething. Thanks,
