| I think she is jealous. Gucci doesn't stink. Well Of course after 2 weeks if I don't bathe her she starts smelling like a dog, but is not a bad smell. Since I bathe her once a week that is not a problem. |

| I love the way Ginger smells. She’s the best smelling dog I’ve ever met. The only reason for a dog to stink is if it’s dirty (obviously) or it needs its anal glands emptied. For this person to say that it has something to do with the breed….well, that is just the dumbest thing I’ve heard all week.

| smell I have had alot of Yorkies and if they smell, it is ususally the teeth need cleaning or the glands...but they do not ahve tha usual doggie odor to me...but it is quite possible my nose is no longer that sensitive after living in a kennel for so many years...BUT I can still smell a dog odor in Petsmart or the vets so it is not from Yorkies... |

| I'm with stinky. No pun intended. That is the craziest thing I've heard all week except for the people who don't know how to tell a male from a female yorkie. |

| I always tell people Bella lives here. She owns this house. If you don't like her you don't have to visit.

| I have a Yorkie and a Beagle, and after having it rain here for 3 days, The Beagle actually smells worse, he gets that "wet dog" smell. My Yorkie has no smell at all, Maybe because of the difference in coats (layers vs none). The only time my Yorkie has come even close to smelling is when he was loosing a lot of teeth at once, he had Awful..breath. I actually love to snuggle my Yorkie close and sniff him, lots, he gets all wiggly and playful , he loves it and so do I....

| That girl is wack. My Annabelle smells like roses! Even after a few days without a bath. Every other dog I have had smelled, yorkies can do no wrong. |

When we got our first yorkie, 14 years ago, one of our neighbors told us that her daughter had yorkies, and they kept them in the garage because they smelled bad. | |

| I don't think yorkies smell at all! My parents have a cocker spaniel that stinks a day after his bath. Yuck. They always ask me how I keep Schatzi smelling so nice....and I don't do anything! I bathe her once a week, but that's it. I think yorkies are the nicest smelling dogs ever
