| white hairs?!?! Yesterday I was blow drying Tila after her bath and I noticed she had some white hairs on her body... later I was searching her coat and I noticed she had flakes from her skin and quite a few white hairs, only enough so if you were looking at her coat but brushing it upside down you could see. what's happening? this worries me. is there something wrong with her food or something?!?! |

| Are the hairs scattered all over her body or sorta in a clump on the underside? LOTS of Yorkies have white in the areas that are gonna be tan or gold and they blend right in hen they get their adult coats. I, too, would like to see a pic. As for the flakes, maybe an oatmeal bath will help. There are also holistic products that people swear by. Could be similar to dandruff in adults. If she scratches or looks uncomfortable, a vet visit might be in order. Let us know what you find out... |
