| I think I found something... I found the cutest yorkie/shi tzu mixes (hey since I can't decide, why not get a mix!) I emailed the breeder to let her know I'm interested. What do you guys think of these little guys? http://www.ohpuppylove.com/HybridMix.html] |

| Those two little girls are so cute! Some mixes just don't seem to work, but apparently yorkie/shi tzu is a thumbs up! |

| I wouldn't buy from this place as it seems she deals with too many breeds and some of the dogs look of poor quality. If you like those puppies though do what you feel is right . I just thought I'd give you my opinion. Good Luck! |

| Those are adorable babies. I really liked the yorkie/chi mix. I don't understand the prices though. I can find mixed breeds all the time for very little money. If I was going to spend that kind of money on an animal it would have to be a couple of horses.lol.

| They have soo many dogs. It makes me wonder if they are able to socialize all of them. Also, the prices of the mixed breeds seem a bit high. They cost as much as or more than my Yorkie. If I hadn't wanted a purebred Yorkie, I'd just adopt from a shelter. So many animals need homes, it really doesn't make sense to spend that much on a mixed breed. But it's ultimately your choice, and if you really love the puppy...

| Okay, I went to the site and basically what I saw was, well, I don't think I am allowed to use that word on here. How many dogs and how many mixed breeds does she have? And, how many breeds are in each parent? Any purebreds to produce these "designer" knock-offs? These ads up set me terribly. AND, she has the same ole stuff about the health problems of the parents are neutralized by mixed breeding.. "Studies show it" she says. The prices are a bit outrageous too, but if you have your heart set on a puppy such as this, then move forward with caution. Remember, there are no standards for mixed breeds and they can have the worst OR best traits of the parents and all of their ancestors.. BTW, despite my ranting, some of those puppies are cute as can be, but they do have yet to grow up... |

| I think the yorkie/s**tsu mix is cute! And if you can't decide? It's perfect. I know people may not like the idea here on YT, but it's up to you really. Just make sure you get someone reputable. The place you mentioned above may be a broker since they have a lot of different pups.

| I got Pixie from her.... I've visited her home on two occasions. Once when I went to check it out and then when I went back to pick Pixie up.... While I don't agree with some of her practices (useage of the word "teacup", mix breeding, some brokering), from what I could see all her dogs are healthy, happy and active. I didn't get to inspect every single one, but many of them ran to the edge of the *very large* outdoor run when I pulled up and we stopped and petted a few of them. I got a good close look at Pixie's mother and father and liked what I saw... I haven't had a single problem with Pixie. She's completely healthy and very intelligent. If you're really interested in those pups (I agree, they're adorable), please go visit her. If the pup you want is as healthy and good looking as mine was, I see no reason you shouldn't bring her home! Do still be careful though. I believe a family member has taken over, so there may have been some changes since I was there.... |
