| Not feeling well Timmy went to the vet today for his puppy shots. He's not feeling well and its breaking my heart. I don't know what to do to make him comfortable? I know he is tired but he will not lay down. I feel so helpless and he's looking at me with his little puppy eyes. What can I do to make him feel comfortable? Timmy's Mom |

| Does he have a crate?? Ty had his yesterday with rabies also and I just put him in the crate. He needed to rest.. He was really sore and wouldn't settle down.. He keep jumping around and whining everytime he did... Once I put him in there he relaxed.. He'll be feeling better soon!! |

| Oh I hope Timmy feels better soon. Just give him a lot of love (like usual I am sure). One thing I will tell you because I notice that you said shots (correct me if i am wrong), I wouldn't let them give him more than 1 shot each time you go. When I took Georgie they gave him 1 shot at a time because he is so small and my vet was nice enough not to charge an office visit each time JMO.

| When Dennis was a baby he also got pretty sick after his shots and the Vet told me to give him a half of a baby aspirin, though with his third round of shots they gave him a whole one just to be sure. I usually sweet-talk him and gently rub an ear, belly, or temple. I think it helps them to know you understand that they are sick and that is very comforting for them. Hope he feels better soon. |

| Thanks Thanks for the advice all! Timmy finally went and layed down in his bed. He's extra extra spoiled today! Daddy is even doing the baby talk thing. I just don't like seeing him like this. Yesterday he played for hours with my friends Maltese and he was the most happiest little guy.. he was so so tired after they left! and today this happens to him. I know he needs the shots but it breaks my heart to see him like this I just remember when he was waiting for me with daddy at the vet because I had just got out of work. When he seen me he was so so so happy and now he's not his happy self. I am sorry I keep talking about it but its my first time and I really feel bad. Timmy's Mom |

| Oh Yea!!!! Great news!!!! So glad he's feeling better. Sometime's their shots hurt us a lot more than them. I remember when I took Princess in, her Doctor said now see Princess that didn't hurt one bit. He turned and look at me with tears in my eyes, and I said oh yes it did. Poor Babies, shots are the worst!
