| I Dont Know What To Do About This Tyke is lifting his leg all the time in the house. When he sees us or gets excited he pees a little also. He has been peeing alot and pooping to. But he does use the doggie door to. I am really watching him but he will lift his leg right in front of us.My vet said since he is pooping also in the house they dont think it is a territory proublem. He is 4 months old and they like to wait another month before I get him fixed. He was in our car and when I got back within minutes he saw me and peed a little.I had a lab one and vet said it was a submission thing not to look right at his eyes when you greet him. What do you all think HELP ME |

| Those Belly Bands are great, there are a lot of members that use them. I have also read somewhere on here that someone uses a washcloth tied with a safety pin He probably is not doing it to annoy you, that baby get's excited lol

| Louie is a year and a half and he is fixed and he STILL does this! So I was going to take the yt'ers advice and get some of those belly bands.

| If I use belly bands how would he get potty trainned? Is that like a diaper? I am new to this. He is a big yorkie and I think he will try to tear it off. |

| You can get some that are pretty snug. Quote:
Yes, you can still potty train, but on YOUR terms. Take him out at regular intervals, especially after playing hard and after eating. Take the band off, and say "go potty" or whatever your key words are. Give him a certain amount of time, and if he doesn't go, put the band back on and bring him in. If you are pee pad training, set a weighted coffee can or some other pee pole in the center of your pad to give him something to lift his leg on. But as soon as he does his business, the band goes back on! Good luck!!
