| Aww poor Smudger, he misses his daddy. I'm convinced that dogs miss their human parents when they're not around - my Frodo does the same thing when he's with anyone but me. Just spend some time with him, give him lots of smooches, and hopefully he'll perk up after a couple of days. Frodo sends his love! |

| Diesel has done that before. I had to take my daughter to the beach for a cheerleading competition. My husband stayed home to take care of the dogs. We have a zoo! LOL Anyway Diesel refused to eat and was throwing up. I left on a Friday and made sure he ate good before I left. I didn't get home till Sunday afternoon. When he saw me he peed all over the place. I came in fixed him something to eat and he tore into it! So yes I believe they do get depressed. Hope you little one feels better soon. Michelle |

| Thanks everyone he's still very quiet I'm just gonna take him for a long walk now I'm sure that will cheer him up. I'm supposed to be going out later with my mate but I might not. We will probably stay in instead, I feel bad leaving him alone
