| In-Between-Baths What do you do to clean your yorkie in-between baths? Trixie is a tomboy and likes to get dirty. But I don't really want to bathe her more than 2/week. Any suggestions?

| We spot clean as needed. We use a damp washcloth to get their feet clean after they go on walks, and we also use a damp washcloth to clean any eye gunk off their noses. A daily brushing helps, too. We only do baths about once a week.

| My pup never matts or tangles and is in the house most of the time. However, now that summer is here, he is getting outside a lot more. I just use a damp cloth and wipe his face and paws when they need it. I really don't need to bath my Yorkie weekly. He can easily get by for two weeks or more. Carol Jean |

| I wash faces and feet when needed, and they get a bath every week. Yorkies can have more frequent baths than other dogs. Weekly is not excessive. |

| I use a waterless bath spray and it freshens him up nice without giving him a bath. |

| To keep Twinkie clean between baths I use the baby wipe type of wipes that are meant for doggies, I buy them at Petsmart. Sometimes if she gets smelly between baths I will spray her with a doggie cologne too, you can also purchase these at Petsmart.
