I feed mine Royal Canin because the breeder said to. What are you feeding yours? I also can't find that site. Can you copy and paste in the URL? (the big in your explorer bar at the top that begins with "http://....)

i feed mine eukanuba which is an iams product from proctor and gamble, but i am sure i have many items that are made by proctor and gamble. i don't think they necessarily test for dog food, but for other products they make. i am against animal testing, of course, but i am not a vegan nor are my dogs so 'uncaged' would also find my household to be bad and uncaring towards animals.

Thanks for the links (I'll just pop the link in for anyone else that wants it if that's okay http://www.uncaged.co.uk/petfood.htm) I was going to move to Iams but I won't bother now Does anyone know any of these makes? Any they can recommend? I wish we had the variety of super premium foods they have available in the States... | yes, i found the information about inducing kidney, liver failure, etc. it does sound pretty bad. i am unsure whether this is still happening because everything seems to be talking about the year 2000. thanks for the information, i will continue to research this matter and consider changing our dog food. http://www.uncaged.co.uk/iams.htm |

I just don't believe everything I see on the internet. It is so easy for anyone with a grudge to put on false information. Do you believe that the animal rights activists would not have done something about this? I'm not blasting anyone, I'm just saying that the internet is not a reliable source of information.

Here's a link that has the video clip. it is done undercover so there is no commentary. the majority of it really doesn't look much different than the pound, but, at least, shelter dogs don't have to spend their entire lives like that. this is also why i don't mind buying my dogs from hobby breeders (people who breed their pets), rather than actual breeders who have to cage the animals or have limited time to spend with them. no dog should be kept confined in a cage no matter what the reason. http://www.iamscruelty.com/
