| Take a look at this!!!!! Ok, after seeing the post on a teaspoon yorkie I was shoked and dismayed at the thought someone could do that! Now I was browsing through yahoo for puppys for sale, I am always curious to see and find other yorkies, and i Just love the pictures...anyway, I ran across this site that claims to specialize in t-cups! To top it off they have a pricing guide on their puppy page that includes the listing of teaspoons, which they claim is under 2.5 lbs. and cost an arm and a leg!!!! I about fell out of my chair. I then saw that on their stud page they charge 1000 dollars for sperm, and have a tiny boy they plan on using for stud that they think will be super small. How can people do this, how can they sacrifice the health of these little guys to make a buck!!! It makes me so mad that people do this and breed smaller and smaller, this give other breeders a bad name, anyway, take a look and tell me what you think!!! http://www.courtashyorkies.com/page_4.html

| Her pups are wayyyyyyyyy over priced.. Did you see the dog Myjoy who is 4 yrs old and only weighs 1lb 8oz she looks really weird. Her eyes are so far apart. It's really a shame how much people are charging for these pups and people are CRAZY because they pay the price. |

| Geez. what a moron. I agree that some of the dogs are cute, but give me a freaking break on the "arm & a leg" thing. Do they think that is funny?

| I understand what your saying. My lily did produce a pup which will be 3 - 3.5 lbs. But he is a fluek, I breed standard. It just happened. I question the Sire's at times, if they really are pure pure bred that tiny consistantly. I know for a fact about some breeders do use other small dogs and say the Sire is a Yorkie? All in all you have to find a reputable breeder, whom you can trust.

| I understand at times there are flukes, and yes I used a smaller sire on my litter, but no where near that size, I mean he is just under 4 lbs. To intensionally breed these babies that small and using a mom who is also under 4 lbs is very dangerous, they are not doing it for the love of the breed, they do it for the money.

Donating YT 30K Club Member | I just question how they can be sure they are going to be that small when full grown, Some look like they have bigger paws. My Cali was 1 lb at 10 weeks and she is a little over 4 now. So some of the weighs don't make sense.

| I feel sad for those poor pups. That so called breeder is only breeding for the money. I agreed with you Kristy, that comment about an "arm and a leg for a teaspoon" is not funny at all. Yes the pups are cute, but what Yorkie isn't. |

| first of all these prices are outrageous!!!! no way would i pay that much, to say you can not get a quality yorkie without paying 2000.00 or more, get real. people only charge these prices because someone out there will pay it. her females are of breeding size, and she goes over her whole feeding program, so i would not say she is careless. some people like the tiny little yorkies and other breeds that are very small. that just happens to be what they are looking for. i wanted a tiny one until the person i purchased tonee from told me how many health problems they tend to have, i decided that i did not want to spend the majority of my time and money on the vet. i am not going to fault someone because they fell in love with a tiny little dog and wanted one after that. i just hope that the persons breeding and purchasing them are doing so with the health and well being of the animals in mind. |

| I said under 4 lbs because of this one in the sales area for puppies # (48)This little girl at 5 wks and 8 wks. .extreme baby doll face. very tiny ears, sister to carson. only child, so she gets all the milk. mom. 3 1/2 lbs dad. 2 lbs. she will be 3 lbs. or under. $4,500 to me that is wrong, that is intensional use of a small mom to get samller puppies, I would think that one would have enough sense to know that this dam should not be breed due to her size.
