| Fleas On Sunday I found 2 fleans on munchkin, but sense his on meds the vet doesn't want to spray him with anything just yet, well I had him sleep on my bed before that, and now I'm always itching like crazy. I've shaken my sheets down and sprayed lyso, but still itchy, don't know that else to do. I have seen anymore fleas on him, but he did also have earmites wich he is taking meds for. Is this all in my head, lol Patricia

| It may just be your head a little bit. Like when you see a spider and you get freaked out thinking that it could be on you or something. You may just want to go get a flea comb or something until you can treat him again. I am sure that he doesn't have that many fleas. Good luck. And if they were in your bed then you would probably have bites from them. Once we lived in a different house, I would foster dogs. Sometimes when we first got them they would have fleas. At one time they just took over our house. They were so bad that we had to have it sprayed by a proffesional on two occasions to get rid of them. Because when you kill them they still have the eggs and they hatched over and over again. It was bad. We still have scars on our legs from them.

| I'd suggest washing your sheets and spraying your mattress with some anti-flea stuff.... Shaking your sheets out is just spreading "whatever" around your bed and the room. I hope Munchkin gets better real soon.

| I recommend using a flea/tick preventative like Frontline Plus (don't use Hartz--it's toxic). Works like a charm. |
